Sadie Automotive needed to make an emerging AI product feel reliable, human, and easy to understand. The project focused on turning missed calls, appointment scheduling, and overloaded dealership teams into a clear product story supported by a confident brand system and website experience.

The biggest challenge was making an AI receptionist feel trustworthy enough to handle real customer conversations while still feeling approachable, professional, and easy to understand.
The brand also needed to speak directly to dealership pain points: missed calls, lost revenue, service bookings, staff workload, and the need for faster customer response.

The final direction combines a bright blue and lime palette, a friendly AI avatar, signal-inspired brand shapes, Figtree typography, and a product-led website flow that explains how Sadie answers calls, books appointments, sends messages, and helps teams recover opportunities.
The system extends across the website, social content, and brand assets, creating a consistent experience that makes Sadie feel modern, approachable, and credible for dealership teams.
