Xcellencerealty needed a mobile product experience that could extend beyond its website and meet users where they were already searching: on their phones. The goal was to create a practical real estate app that helped people browse properties, switch between map and list views, review listing details, save homes, and contact agents without friction.

Real estate search is often high-intent but emotionally loaded. Users want speed and convenience, but they also need confidence before reaching out, booking a visit, or trusting a listing. The challenge was to design an experience that felt simple enough for everyday browsing while still supporting the details people need to make informed decisions.
The objective was to make the process feel less fragmented: discovery, comparison, property details, and agent contact all needed to feel connected inside one clear mobile flow.
